Youve heard this track. You know how it goes. Go and dance! Really is the coolest juice. Go check it out and be ashamed if you have never heard this track
2. We Are Scientists - Ghouls
From the album Brain Thrust Mastery. One of my favorite albums of modern times. This is such an epic track and a Great introduction to an awesome album. check it!
3. Modest Mouse - Fly Trapped In A Jar
Great use of guitar-as-effect the intro is of a distorted modulated guitar emulating the sound of a fly buzzing about “trapped in a jar”. Modest mouse is pretty much an acquired taste, once your hooked there is no getting away from them. Most recognized for the track “float on” from their album “Good News For People Who Love Bad News”
4. Metronomy - A Thing For Me
Hard to pick a favourite from this self titled album. This was awesome live! Highly recommend seeing this band. Their live set is perfect. Being an audio nerd I really do strive for good live bands, these do it for me, the whole production is spot on. Props.
5. Justice - DVNO
Very Powerful Sound. I just love the production on their own release of this track. there is so many covers/remixes which are equally as cool. Nothing will beat that rocking sound of Justice!
